Privacy Policy
Effective October 2, 2026 · Last updated October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Vyntec LLC ("vyntec," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit vyntec.co, contact us, or use the vyntec platform and services (together, the "Services").
1. Who this policy covers
- Website visitors who browse vyntec.co or submit a form.
- Clients — businesses and organizations that use vyntec, and their authorized users.
- Our clients' contacts — the customers, members and leads our clients store and message through the platform. For this information, our client decides what is collected and how it is used, and vyntec processes it on the client's behalf. Questions about it should go first to the business that contacted you.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details such as name, email, phone number, company and job title.
- Account and billing details needed to provide the Services. Payment card data is handled by our payment processors and is not stored by vyntec.
- Messages, form submissions, support requests and anything else you choose to send us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, links clicked and referring site.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Policy.
Information our clients store in the platform
Contact records, conversation history, appointments, forms, payments and other data our clients upload or collect through the Services.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, secure and support the Services.
- To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations and onboard clients.
- To send service, billing and account notices.
- To send marketing messages where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
- To understand how the website and Services are used and to improve them.
- To comply with law, enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights and users.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from vyntec or from a business that uses vyntec, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. How we share information
- Service providers that host, operate and support the Services on our behalf — for example cloud infrastructure, communications delivery, payment processing and analytics. They may use information only to provide services to us.
- Our clients, for the contact data they collected through the platform.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of vyntec, our clients or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Client data is retained for the life of the client's account and deleted or returned after termination as described in our Terms.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Text: reply STOP to any message.
- Access, correction and deletion: you may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live (for example California and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Send requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. If your information was collected by one of our clients, we may refer your request to that client.
9. Health information
Where a client in healthcare uses the Services to handle protected health information, vyntec acts as that client's business associate under a signed business associate agreement, and handles that information as the agreement and applicable law require.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give additional notice where required.
